To download BEST Direct:
- Close BEST Direct if you have it running.
- If you are using the Windows XP operating system, you will need to download and install version 7.3.064 (If you are using an operating system other than Windows XP, please contact Customer Service prior to installation for compatibility).
Click on the following link to download the latest version of BEST Direct:
V. 7.3.064 Full Version (11.47 MB)
- Select the "save" option and save the program in a location that will be easy to locate, such as your desktop or a BEST Direct program folder.
- Click "open" on the pop-up window, then "Yes" to install the program, and follow the instructions on your screen to complete installation.
- Restart your computer
- Go to START and choose PROGRAMS
- Look for BEST Online Trading and click on TRADE
- Enter your Account Number and Access Key
